IMAG is a nonprofit organization focused on inspiring the next generation of 21st-century skilled workers through education and interactive experiences. After privatizing in 2017, the organization took on full responsibility for its operations, including building and managing its IT environment from scratch. As a mission-driven organization, balancing operational efficiency with cost control is critical.
## The Challenge
When IMAG transitioned away from city-managed IT, they were left without the infrastructure, systems, or support needed to run their operations independently.
The prior model created gaps in responsiveness and prioritization. As part of a larger municipal system, IMAG’s needs were secondary, making it difficult to get timely support or tailored solutions.
