Here is what we are looking for:
Market Leaders
We partner with Florida-based MSP’s who are or want to become the leading MSP in the county (or counties) they serve. Market leaders typically have the following characteristics:
- These organizations typically have more than$4M+ in annual revenues but often have more than $8M.
- They have leaders who are eager to grow both personally and professionally.
- They are intrigued by a proven sales process that delivers consistent and repeatable results.
- 50%+ of revenue comes from traditional managed services.
- They have defined their core values, and they align with Entech’s.
- They are looking to break through a glass ceiling.
- They understand that scale can help them do more for their employees and their clients.
Market Enhancers
We are also looking to partner with MSP’s located in a market with an existing branch location. This can allow an owner(s) to provide a soft-landing spot for their clients with an expanded array of service offerings and create growth opportunities for their employees. This will allow an owner to either move into a role where they have passion, or, if they want to pursue a new opportunity, they can transition knowing their people will be taken care of. We have a history of success with both integrating owners into roles where they are passionate and supporting owners who want to transition to a new stage in life. Typically, these organizations have a minimum of the following criteria:
- At least $1M in annual revenues.
- Offer some form of MRR though traditional managed services.
- They typically have 5+ employees.
- Have industry standard tool stacks.
- Have strongly aligned culture and core values.

If a team member has been with you for ten years, they will join us with that same ten-year tenure, ensuring they don’t have to start from scratch when it comes to benefits.
