Entech Completes Successful Acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group

Sets Target to Become the Leading Technology Service Provider in the State of Florida

FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 15, 2023) – Entech, a leading Managed Technology & Cybersecurity Service Provider, is thrilled to announce it has successfully completed the acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group, based in Bradenton. The combined organization has 90 team members supporting over 300 businesses across the country.

ITS was founded in 2002 by Gary, Mary, and Mike Hebert. The family owned and operated business has a strong presence in golf courses and golf course communities—making it a perfect complement to Entech's area of expertise.
