A Note from Entech’s CEO, Jake Spanberger: Growth that Benefits Everyone

Jake Spanberger, CEO

Over the course of my 20-plus years at Entech, we’ve had one constant: growth.

As our founder and my stepfather, Martin Haas, always said, “If you’re not growing, you’re dying.” We’ve always tried to pursue growth in a smart manner that benefits Entech’s stakeholders, our employees, our client-partners, and our community alike.

So, I’m proud to announce that Entech has acquired ITS Group, a Bradenton-based Managed Service Provider. The Entech team has now grown to more than 90 people. The ITS team brings even more experience, technical abilities, and services to our team.

ITS Group has been supporting companies for more than 20 years, from as far north as Orlando and all the way down to Naples. Even though they have a wide variety of businesses they support, they have a particular expertise in the education space, golf course management, and new construction IT infrastructure buildouts.  Their owners, Gary and Mike Hebert, and I struck up a friendship several years ago. We have always had a tremendous amount of respect for one another.

The more we spoke, the clearer it became that we could better serve our client-partners and our community by working together.

Over the last couple of weeks, I was able to go out and meet many of the ITS clients, introduce myself and Entech, and better understand the value they put into IT and their relationship with ITS. I was amazed by how their strongest relationships were very clearly built on trust and mutual respect. Because of this, they’ve been able to gain valuable insights into each clients’ business operations, challenges, and goals, and it enabled ITS to tailor their services and solutions to align with their specific needs and ensure maximum value and satisfaction.  This is exactly what we, at Entech, try to do with our partners as well.

Every client relationship is different, but when we earn trust and truly understand, we can make a difference in each business’ success.

It was refreshing to be able to have a view of truly successful relationships from the outside.

So, with our newly added team, our focus remains on helping our people, our partners and our community succeed and enable them to do what matters. Whether it be overcoming technology challenges, getting home to family at a reasonable hour, or doing our part to help them make the world a better place – what matters to you matters to us. We‘re here to help.

Please join me in welcoming our newest members to the Entech family.
